The Columbia Basin Conservation District is a non-regulatory, regional partner working to protect ground and surface water quality and quantity.

 

We assist by: 
 

• Providing technical and cost-share assistance for projects

• Developing natural resource and nutrient management plans

• Assisting agencies on complaints or fines with operators

• Coordinating and collaborating with agencies and other stakeholders; etc.

• Irrigation Water Management

• Livestock management

• Groundwater management

• Shoreline stabilization
