Formed in 2018 as an ad hoc committee, the MLWC has grown to include a diverse representation of affected stakeholders within the watershed, including:

• Moses Lake Irrigation & Rehabilitation District

• City of Moses Lake

• Grant County Health District

• Grant County Tourism Board

• Columbia Basin Conservation District

• U.S. Bureau of Reclamation

• Washington State Department of Ecology

• Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife

• Local business owners, and 

• Interested citizens
