To keep costs down, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have made an order and would like more plants, please place another order online. All sales are final.

All orders must be picked up on DAY, MONTH, YEAR at the Columbia Basin Conservation District Building: 1107 S. Juniper Drive, Moses Lake, WA, 98837. 

The district is not responsible for plants once removed from the building. No refunds will be issued for plant orders not picked up.

We cannot guarantee the survival of your plants. Generally, expect about 10-20% mortality. However, this could vary depending on site conditions, species, and on how plants are handled after pick-up. There are no refunds for plant mortality.
