The filing deadline for candidates interested in running for CBCD's board seat that is up for election this year closed on January 30th. Dave Stadelman, CBCD's current chair, is the only candidate who filed and is currently running unopposed. With this, there may be write-in candidates.
Please keep in mind a few important dates and details.
Registered voters who reside within CBCD's boundary are eligible to vote. The last day and time that an eligible voter can request a ballot from CBCD is February 16, 2024 by 4:30 pm. Ballots can be requested by emailing kristina-ribellia@columbiabasincd.org or calling (509) 771-4055.
Ballots returned by mail must be postmarked no later than Election Day, March 2, 2024 at 4:30 pm. Ballots returned by other means must be returned to 903 W. 3rd AVE., Moses Lake WA. 98837 no later than 4:30 pm on Election Day.
