The Columbia Basin Conservation District (CBCD) is hosting an Odessa Groundwater Replacement Program (OGWRP) Landowner Meeting to provide program updates and share information on available NRCS funding opportunities tied to the OGWRP. The meeting will bring together OGWRP landowners and project partners for updates on PL-566, the Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP), WaterSMART/EQIP, and ongoing well monitoring efforts. CBCD and NRCS staff will review current timelines, funding rounds, and key next steps, giving landowners a clear overview of how these programs continue to support the transition from groundwater to surface water. Time will also be reserved for questions, discussion, and direct engagement with program staff.
